Manage your team
Change roles, remove members, rename your workspace, or transfer ownership.
Owners manage the workspace from Settings → the Team panel.
- Rename the workspace — the default name is generated from your name; change it to your business or team name.
- Change a member's role or permissions — click their row to open the same panel you used to add them. Remove a member from inside it; removing frees up their seat.
- Transfer ownership — hand the Owner role to another member. They get an email, and because the Team plan stays on the payment details you set up, they are asked to review billing (update the card, or keep it) the next time they open Account.
- Manage pending invites — resend or revoke invites that haven't been accepted.
Seats are tied to your subscription. To add more members than you have seats, increase your plan — see Manage or cancel your subscription.
