Workspaces and how tag sharing works
Every account has a workspace; Team plans make one library shared across people.
Everything you tag belongs to a workspace. When you sign up, Arkyvst creates a personal workspace just for you.
Free and Individual plans
Your tags and library are private to your own Google account. Even if you share a file in Drive, your tags on it stay yours — other people don't see them.
Team plans
A Team plan turns your workspace into a shared one. You invite teammates, everyone tags from the same saved-tag library, and tags on shared files become visible to other workspace members. That makes Arkyvst a shared, searchable index for the whole team.

Sharing a specific collection or file by email is separate from workspace membership — you can share with someone without adding them to your workspace.
