Invite teammates
Add people to your workspace so they share your tag library.
Inviting teammates requires a Team plan, and only the workspace Owner can send invites.
- Open Settings → the Team panel (visible to the Owner on a Team plan).
- Click + Add team member and enter their email.
- Pick a role — Viewer, Editor, or Admin. The list underneath shows everything that role grants, all ticked; untick anything you don't want them to have (see Roles and permissions).
- Send the invite. They get an email with a link to install Arkyvst and join.
An invitee accepts by installing Arkyvst and signing in with the invited email address — the pending invite is waiting for them. Each member counts as a seat on your plan.
Don't see the Team panel? You're either not on a Team plan or not the Owner. On other plans you'll see an upgrade prompt instead. See Plans and pricing.
