Manage or cancel your subscription
Billing runs through LemonSqueezy — update, cancel, or get a refund there.
Arkyvst uses LemonSqueezy for checkout and recurring billing. They handle all card processing — Arkyvst never sees or stores your card details.
Change or cancel
Manage everything from the LemonSqueezy customer portal — the link is in your purchase confirmation email. From there you can update your card, change your plan, or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds
If Arkyvst isn't a fit, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email info@arkyvst.com.
On a Team plan, the number of seats is part of your subscription. Adjust seats through the same portal, then invite or remove members to match — see Manage your team.
