Get help from the AI assistant
Ask Arkyvst answers questions about the product and your own account, right in the sidebar.
Arkyvst has a built-in AI assistant. Open it from the account (avatar) menu → Help → Ask Arkyvst, then type your question.
What it can answer
- How to use any feature ("How do I tag a whole folder?").
- Why something behaves the way it does.
- Questions about your own account — your plan, how many tagged files you've used, when your subscription renews, who's on your team.
When you ask about your own account, the assistant looks up only your workspace — it can't see anyone else's data. Answers can occasionally be imperfect, so double-check anything important, and for account changes you can always email info@arkyvst.com.
You need to be signed in to use the assistant. There's a daily limit on messages to keep things fair.
