Shared Drives and files shared with you

Arkyvst works on any file your Google account has access to — whether it's in My Drive, a Shared Drive (team drive), or shared with you directly by someone else. If you can open it in Drive, you can tag it.

Tags you add are yours: they follow your account and show up on every device you sign into. On Free and Individual plans, other people who can access the same file don't see your tags. On a Team plan, tags on shared files are visible across your workspace. See Workspaces and how tag sharing works.
